Rare first edition, original hard cover copy, in very good plus condition. Hard cover versions of this delightful little book, on the Victoria Falls, are incredibly rare and even more so in this condition. There is an inlaid photograph of the Victoria Falls on the front cover. Numerous b&w photos throughout and comparisons with other waterfalls in Africa. Externally, original brown cloth covered boards with gilt stamped title and author on the front and faded gilt title on the spine. The covers are in excellent condition with minimal wear to the extremities and minor bumping to spine ends. Binding is tight. Internally, pages are clean and bright. Photos provided reflect the condition in addition to the above description. Overall condition is very good plus
