Bulawayo and District: An Illustrated Handbook for the Use of Tourists and Settlers. A handbook produced in 1929 for the use of tourists and settlers. The front cover has a vintage illustrated view of Bulawayo Main Street with pedestrians and cars. The covers has some age related wear with some writing in pen at the top of the front cover. Internally there is a stamp at the top of the inside page ,"With the Compliments of The Southern Rhodesia Publicity Bureau". There is a large folded map of Bulawayo at the rear of the book. Internally a few pages and photos have age related marks but they are generally in good condition. This is an extremely rare handbook. Photos provided reflect the condition in addition to the above description. Overall condition is good.
